📦 Daily Shipping Cutoff Times

We ship Monday through Friday from our warehouse in Louisville, KY. Orders placed after cutoff times will ship the next business day.

Orders placed after 1:00 PM ET on Fridays will ship the following Monday.

If you select a UPS Express shipping option at checkout (e.g., Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air or 3 day select):

Your order receives priority fulfillment
It will always ship same day if placed before 1:00 PM ET
If received after the cutoff, it will ship first thing the next business day

💡 UPS Express shipments are the first to be packed and processed each day to ensure your expedited delivery arrives on time.

During our busiest season, order volume increases significantly. Please note the following changes to shipping procedures:

Orders are processed first-come, first-served
Same-day shipping is not guaranteed
Most orders will ship the day after they are placed, even if submitted before the standard cutoff
Carrier delays are common during this time due to holiday volume and staffing

We strongly recommend ordering early for holiday baking, gifting, and events
