The holiday season is the busiest time of year for online ordering and shipping. Between November 1st through December 31st, we strongly encourage customers to plan ahead and place orders early to avoid delays, out-of-stock items, or shipping disruptions.

From November 1 through January 15, UPS suspends its guaranteed delivery service, meaning delays can occur even with expedited shipping options. Other carriers like FedEx and USPS also experience higher-than-usual delays—sometimes 2–3 business days longer than normal.
